FN Developed a true .22 single shot training rifle based on the Model 30 for the Belgian Congo.
These were used by the cadets at Luluabourg before being admitted to the Royal Military Academy.
The Congo was a Belgian colony in Central Africa from 1908 until independence in 1960.

The Belgian Military followed & ordered 1000 rifles in 1952 for cadets & special training

The Belgian contract has the receiver marked with the Royal Crown of Belgium. B for King Baudoin over ABL (Armee Bolge Leger) .

Only a 1000 of these Belgian Rifles were Manufactured
