This is the No4 MkII bayonet that was designed to replace the MK I Cruciform bayonet

The Mk II was cheaper & quicker to produce because it omitted the four milling cuts required to create the fullers required for the cruciform profile

We have a small batch of these still with their Middle East / Desert WW2 era painted scabbards
