The stock is in excellent condition with with minimal handling marks as you would expect from a rifle that is 96 years old, the metalwork still retains most of the original bluing.
The bore is very good & gauges well within service tolerances.
A Very Nice original P14 by Remington, everything is matching including the barrel which is dated 1916.
It too came in full of storage grease and a very heavy coat of dust, so i believe this rifle is a sleeper and hasnt seen any civillian use, the barrel is still coated in its service protection grease to prevent corrosion when used in damp & wet climates
The Butt Marking Disk is RAF marked and dated 5th January 1940
This example is in Excellent Condition and has recently been proofed
This rifle is suitable for the historic shooting competitions and events.
